I did it!

I logged few minutes ago with something in mind; erase the fear about leaving my vocaton at a good rank even for my lvl. Si I went to Michel Delving (The close place) and I talked with the master of vocation. And I did it!

I had this...

Forester...

Woodworking...

Farming...

And after a single click in a option:

Farming! (at least I keep the points)

Scholar! ready to buff everyone up!

Weaponsmith: I´m gonna make my own Swords!

Yes, I know that this mean that I have to start from thebeginning, and I heard that this vocation was a pain... But I think that it works!

Well I just wanted to share that, I have to go, I need to sleep a bit at least, nite and good luck!

A small preview...

Of the things that I have no idea how they work!

Of course, there's a lot of things that I dont know about this game yet. But this time, I would like to give you all a small preview of the Legendary items. I'm really curious about this, honestly, I am.

It is usually, when I'm walking in a town, that when I see some high lvl around I go fast to the inspect feature and admire that weapon that usually looks like:
o.o!
O.O!!!
which I do not have any idea of what all this means about. Runes, legacies, shards, stuff that I heard on the main chat that you can apply to the weapons while they are leveling up... yes, they also gain levels as you go kill enemies with them.

Also, They are separated in three categories named as Ages. First, second and third ages determines the strengh of each weapon (I'm guessing) and the capabilites that the weapon can get eventually with the pass of the time with you. you can add them runes, Gems, Settings, legacies, scrolls, you can reforge them and deconstruct them as well.

I do not know about this, and I swear that it's killing me. I'm pretty sure that making you own weapon (Because all of this things described before means that you can make it, in fact) and the weapon can level up with you, possibly (If you craft it) you can give it a name. (So far I made few things with my Hunter and for some reason I can give them a name).

This topic makes me think a lot about my vocation too. I'm Working really hard on my woodworker vocation but the benefits that I get are kinda.. "meh", Since I preffer to handle a one handed sword rather tha a mace, I'm thinking in getting something with Weaponsmith. Maybe the one with Scholar too, named Historian. I have to make a little research about this.

Good luck for the moments, and I will see you later!

Still in Evendim...

Well, this journey is getting just too long for my taste. I was hoping to visit the Trollshaws now but somehow the quests on Evendim got me completely wrapped after the Blue lady chain quest. To speak a little bit of the Blue lady chain quest I would have, probably, to play again from the beginning because I only remember the moment when, in the Trollshaws, Aragorn told me to go to Evendim and see if I could help him to reforge the sword.

Then I arrived to Tinnudir and everything got kinda blur in there. I started to help everyone, and when I mean everyone, I do really mean "Everyone" in that place until they told me to go again to Tinnudir in where they remembered that I was there to found some components to reforged the sword.

The blue lady quest is kinda great, a little bit long since you have to swim across that freaking lake a lot, backward and forward several times and stuff like that, but it's kinda great. I do really like the quest at the end when she ask you to give her what she most want. I'm not going to spoil anything but its a quest that needs a little bit of thinking rather than fighting.

Aside, the place where she is at is kinda cool, I felt like if I were on Zelda again, playing near the Zora's domain in Ocarina of time. The Lady of the lake has a great design and its kinda pretty, taking in comparision the fact the only the Female elven Npc's are actually pretty and the rest is kinda "meh".

After that Chain, I ended kicking some Garudans (Maybe I butchered the name of that race, but who cares.. right?) and giants and Wood-trolls and a Instance-quest like that almost killed me... several times.

That quest is quite annoying, the reward, maybe if was not necessary, was good. Killing some wood trolls and then some roots, and then kicking a tree, and then no more Power left, and then running back to the roots again, and then to the tree, still with no power, then to the roots, and finally to the tree just to run back again to help the ent that was attacking the lord of the wood trolls of the zone.

See? Not a lovely quest at all, no power from the middle of the quests until the end, enough time in the fight to use 3 power bottles, and runnign back as a good body excercise. I hate it, honestly, now that I remember the quest I realize that I ahte it a lot.

Well, gotta go, I'm still on my friend's house, we are about to make some food before I'll drive to my home.

But before, I;ll leave you here some screens for you, about the Blue lady and I think that also about the horrible, tree, quest too.

This is where the Blue lady lives... well, kinda near..

Behind the waterfall...

a Bit more inside, same place

Deep inside... Yes, that's the blue lady

The Blue Lady, of Evendim.

After the first quest, killing some Salamander, I had to search for this statue at Ost Forod.

And clean this one with a draught from the elves at the north part of the lake

Done.. I clean it already!

The ent and I, ready for war!
Wood trolls ahead! (ith this guy, you actually have a god mode on, he heals you all the time)

The big tree after 6 minutes of battle... and running back and forward!

Good luck everyone, and see you later!

And yes, the screen of my friend is kinda different from mines, so that why the weird format :)

Can´t log on :(

I can´t log on... I´m staying in a friend´s house coz we decided to go out few friends and my girlfriend to discuss some future proyects and I just arrived home after been in our favourite coffe shop. I had a great time in there, drink a bit but thanks to the Valars (I guess) that it was not too much, hoping to be somehow sober and decent for some play time before going to bed but the game is taking so long in getting the Update II ready.

I guess that I´m not gonna play tonight... And right now, in here, it´s only 2:37 am.so, yeah, I´m not gonna play now I guess. I wanted to make at least one more deed before I hit the bed.

Well, have  good night everyone, I wish you well and fun in your travels!

I´ll leave you wit this screen that I found in my friend´s computer :) For those who loves to be nostalgic.

I blame this....

A bit of Nostalgia...

Do you know when you are staring at something and suddenly you catch a smell that reminds you to a fruit that you lied a lot qhen you were a child? or when you see a Typo and looks like the main Typo of a Movie that you used to like a lot too? Sometimes we are victims of the cuel Nostalgia which makes us remember how easy our world used to be when we were child.

I had something like that just right now... Code word in here "Something". I have not idea why but while I was staring my Screen with Photoshop running and thinking if I should make a banner for the Blog or for Twitter,  suddeny got a glimpse about a old game that I used to love, and hate, when I was a child.

Ninja Gaiden. The NES version, of course.

I google it and got some nice screens from there and I reminded how hard, how HORRIBLE (In difficulty) that game was. I really miss that game a lot.

Here, I'm gonna share some nice screens that I found during my nostalgic travel inside the Net.

Jump against the forces of the wind while some guys were waiting
to kick you out of the pilar... THIS is HARD.

Oh well... It's funny, right?

And so he did... I guess... I never ended one of these games

Uhhhh.... Uuuuuuoooohhh... I get it now!

kjlajkfkckjc'swj cw!!! How I hate that enemy at the top!

Well, I'm gonna leave but first...
The new design of Ninja Gaiden, from few years to present...

Anyway, good luck and...

"Have a nice day"

Mines of Moria, my next goal.

Time ago I got lucky and I got Mines of Moria for the half of it's real cost in the Lotro Store. I was saving for Trollshaws and Angmar when suddenly I saw that only for one day the Expansion was at half price. I got so excited that I stood in front of the screen for like one minute without moving a finger, closing eyes, or maybe breathing. Ppl thought hat I was dead.

Fastly, I clicked on the buy button and got it. It was like a lie, honestly, I still can't believe even if I have a Warden and I had a Rune keeper. sadly... I've never been there. sad, right? totally. It's kinda frustating sometimes and that's the reason why I decided to make it a goal too, maybe even more important than getting all the undead titles of the game.

Mines of Moria was the first expansion of the game, and was released on Fall of 2008. Some time ago from now, right? This Xpac was kinda great, they raised the cap lvl to 60, two new clases with a unique system of gameplay (Warden and Runekeeper), new traits, race and class features too. It was somehow a huge boom for all the players of Lotro. Also, the Mines of Moria got 2 new character slots to paly with, those two new classes were going to be used as they never have been.

For me, so far, it's just like a dream with two classes, one that i kinda hate and possibly love (Warden) and the other that looks cool but I had to erase it to make Varsalla (Rune-keeper). Some day I will be inside those ancients halls kicking goblins and trolls, maybe some other ugly thing too and runnign away from the Balrog.

The Warden is a multi-task character, Tank, Melee dps and Range Dps, this heroic character is equipped with a shield and a Spear, making their enemies stay at bay and healing himself fast enough for a toon that has no specc on that. Can stun, debuff, buff, set her/his javelins on fire and many others things. It's a god and complex class to play with, good for soloing and versatile in every moment. It has a Gambit sequence that allows you to make combos and launch new attacks, from 2-combinations sequences up to 6-combinations, I think.

Screen of the Warden awesomness.. and sorry if I butchered that word.

It's been a while since I dont play with her, so meh...

The Rune-kepper is the overpowered, wicked damage dealer of the classes as far as I heard... am.. read, on the chats system. The rune system is easy to understand and easy to keep. Work as healer, damage dealer and Crowd-control character too. Nasty toon in fact, powerful and great for soloing too, I think that is even better than the warden (in my own, personal, opinion).

The powerful Rune-keeper, dont use weapons! use runes!

I'm gonna try to reach these halls in two weeks top, I have to make some time for my reallife things, but with luck (Or abusing of the skirmishes) I'm gonna try to lvl up fast and nice for this new zone for me. I almost feel guilty of nt been in here already.

Well, I'm gonna go back to work, I'll leave you with this things that I found while I was thinking why I haven't been there. In my brea time, of course. later!

Tne entrance to te Mines!

Ack!

Thanks to game-spy for this screen :)

Galadriel <3

Varsalla, Kinswoman of the Order

Oh yes! I got promoted to Kinswoman today as I logged into the game!

Usually, I like to read at the beginning "in your travels you will know as Varsalla Darksong, The friend of the Wardens" (or whatever it was that title) but today I read something better: "Felyne has promoted you as Kinswoman"

And of course, I changed my title as fast as I could. For some players, maybe a promotion in the kinship from Recruit to Kinswoman or Kinsman, it´s not a big deal as long they are Raiding and doing instances. but I'm not that kind of player. This promotion means that they actually had my case under sight and they decided to add me complety in the Kin as a equal... even if I'm a crazy, wandering minstrel lvl 37 and everyone is a epic lvl 65 with nice armor.

Yesterday I was remembering how was my week-research for Kins, and all the kins that I saw and the few that i could apply and I'm glad that I did  the best choice in the topic. For example, today, after my promote (Woohooo!) I ended my morning session talking with Felyne and it was great. I like to heard everyone´s point of view about classes and raids and know that they are in the Kinship to help and be friendly. As it should be in all the Kins.

I dotn lie when I say that I have been in other Guilds (Other games) where they ignore you if you were a low lvl. and they were only waiting for you to reach the high level and put you to a tests to see how good tank, healer or dps you were, and if you didnt go futher their expectations: you were out. I call that system. WoW´s life. Still, I have to say thay last Guild in there was nothing like that. reason why I miss them a lot. A LOT.

The order and PR reminds me to each other in many aspects, and that´s good. As I said posts ago: A kinships should be like a in-game family to be with.

Well, I gotta go to work and get ready to confront a Week-end full of deeds and some quests. I´m far behind in my deeds and with the pass of the time I´m getting more and more. And I haven´t completed not even one in the shire. ugh... those Deeds...

But, before leaving:

Varsalla Darksong, kinswoman :D WOOT!
