Worst. idea. Ever...

Do you remember the Runekeeper that I was leveling up?

Yup, that one!
Well, she was sent to Adso's Camp to help some freaking hobbit with the construction of some never-ending building site of a inn, "It's easy" they said "What could go bad there" Well, Lets see how BAD it can go.

As many of you know may know, specially (And possibly only) if you play the game, this building site is located between the border of the Shire and Bree-town, and has been in construction for like.. ever perhaps. Sieged by wolfs, bears, mad boars and brigands, yes, brigands, the same freaking brigands that are messing around Bree-town, also have some needs from the Old forest.

It was there were I died, at lvl 19, because of some trees and roots and spiders and a horrible camera perspective ever. Really, I dont know what happened, but I know that all in a sudden I fell down defeated and with that, my dream of being undying with this girl as well. Quite frustrating I must add to this post, to find yourself dying because of some trees when you, literally, walked inside a ruins filled with brigand and killed, not only several brigands, but stole their stolen (weird, right?) supplies and killed the two bosses in there.

Healing over time... pft... what a big lie.
I tried to heal myself a lot, casted almost all the spells that I could but none was useful, the incoming damage was crazy (Well, I was killed by two signature trees and their roots... Each tree have at least 2 - 3 roots near, and one spider that randomly appeared in the zone) and I guess that I was not geared enough.

I'm thinking in erase her and make her again, but something inside of me tells me no to, perhaps its because she looks awesome, or maybe because its just a title... possibly that if I do it, I will making a third runekeeper... Maybe coz I'm quite near to lvl 20 and skirmishes... Maybe because i should not give any importance...

Well, anyway, happened what had to happen, I was playing with fire and I was going inside that forest from a darker side that usual. I almost died once but I escaped only to heal myself and return to die a bit later. I'm gonna think about this and perhaps this will make me think more about my strategies rather than just going questing around.

Also, yesterday (Right after that happened) I had this silly idea of taking few characters that I dont use out of the Kinship. Since I was thinking in erase one, why not the others? yup, anger took control of me and I became and character killer. Good luck that I took a long breath and realize that they may not have any use (For now) but they are quite advanced with their vocations and those could be of use eventually.

The people from my kin went worried when they saw three of my characters going out in a row, first Ritcher (My champion), then Vhaleria (My Warden) and finally Anphordeth (The Runekeeper); when I logged in Khas, they started to  ask me if I was leaving the kin in the kinchat and in private. Sorry guys,  as I sais in the game, I'm not looking to go out of the Kin, its just that I wanted to make some changes on characters that I dont use a lot. my bad, I know that I should had said something at the beginning.

Anphordeth, lvl 19 and four or five bars... defeated in the Old forest.
Since has been a bit of time now, I can see things a bit less... Angered, I guess. In fact, I'm going to level her up... meh, I dont know xD

Anyway, I'm leaving to my home right now, have a great night my friends and good luck! I hope that your hunt will go great!

(Sorry for posting again the same old screens, I didnt had time, nor the will to take screen of when she fell defeated or a bit afterwards, possibly, if I make a new post today, I will be taking new screens and new stuff to post in here D:)

Another Minstrel lvl 75 in the game...

Day by day there's always that noob that reach lvl 75 to enlarge the armies of unemployed heroes of that class and make, sometimes, difficult the chances for everyone to get a slot inside a raid, a skirmish or even a instance. Making bigger the chances of failure in those places as well due mistakes, no healings duties or maybe a bad anger management in the pulls and bosses.

Oh, yes, yes, I'm talking about me, of course, few days ago I decided to level up Varsalla and now I should be looking forward to make instances for healing and saving others with songs and stuff. What they really dont know is that I'm that kind of noob that actually dont have any clue of the new healing system... Not lying, I dont know how yet.

I was kinda happy with the healing system before RoI and so mad with the dpsing system, that when they decided to mix up things and they maded a great improvement to the dpsing system and the healing system become a bit of a tricky, I got focused only on dpsing and zero healing. not even for me, reason why I was dying that much. Funny, in fact, was already at lvl 75 that I noticed the name of the healing spells that you could use on Battle-speech mode, such as "Bolstering MY courage" or "raising MY spirit" or stuff like that, I dont remember those spells names very well.

Since Varsalla was stuck at lvl 73 in Isengard with such a awful gear and almost 2.5k morale only, I had to return to Galtrev, fix the gear, hire some tailors and force Khas to make her some jewelry while I was buying the River stuff quest pack. I wont deny that the fact that I had to go to Rivendell, then to Eregion, then to Moria, cross Moria from point to point, then Lothlorien to reach the river is one of the most painful things I have done before and its making me, seriously, to buy a extra milestone slot. Both places are important and I can't depend on a hunter to help me out traveling fast.

Anyway, once I reached the place I found out something that I was not expecting: A greater work than on  the Dunlands. Yes, friends of mine who my think: "What's wrong with this noob? Dunland was awesome! AWESOME!"... I didnt enjoyed too much Dunlands and not even the gap of Rohan and even LESS Isengard... I still have nightmares from those places. But the river, well, so far has been a quite exciting and not easy quest and place to explore.

Not sick... just smelling funny...
In the first part of the adventure, you have to drive away some Rohirrim that have been camping in the elvish forest near Lothlorién, gonna be honest, I dont remember the name of the place but its something like Ha---something... or... Meh, I dont know... Driving these riders away its quite a easy task, scare them a bit, crush some smelly flowers, kills some orcs and mostly: hide behind some bushes and make noises. Of course, these tactics only works in the easy outpost, since when you try to do the same in the second, where the chief of the riders is at, he ask you to face them as a valiant instead of a as coward behind some bushes...

Pfft me? doing funny noises? I dont know what you mean... I was chasing hamsters...
huge, cruel hamsters...
They want to leave this place as well but they fear that a friend of them could be hurt, or dead, somewhere in the woods so they ask you to help them so they can leave. As obviously, as you all know, this game its not all the time good things and "everyone is safe" so...

5 arrows and a massive blood pool... this dont look very well...

I KNEW IT! My search was in vain!
Yes, the rohirrim is dead, quite dead in fact and so you if you do not repel the orc attack that is almost upon you and your friendly elf-maiden. At the end, the Rohirrim helps a bit and thanks you, telling you hat they will leave... and few other things that possibly I will post later...

After you leave the elven forest you reach the lands of the great river and some Rohirrim small cities and outpost, such as Stangard or something with Stan-soemthing. I loved this town, even if the quets line inside was quite a sad one and full of anger and treachery, but I'm pretty sure that you will (Maaaaaaaybe) find it awesome, or at least worthy, and if you didnt like Dunland, this is a great reward.

Rohan-style houses <3 finally <3
The story of the town is truly great, yet somehow weird... As you know, the prince is already dead because... well, you saw it in the epic quest line, and you know that Saruman is evil, yet somehow you seems to forget that somewhere in the elven forest and not say a word to these rohirrim.

One of the easier quests ever...

but kinda long... just this guy walking from one side to another...
As you go deeper in this story, they tell you to go to some rock that I'm sure that its really important but as usual, I forgot its name and few other things to unveil the evil schemes of the Envoy of the king and Saruman and it was just in that rock where I reached lvl 75 :3 only two zones of the new map allowed me to reach from lvl 73 and a half to lvl 75 in les than 6 hours of playing, can't be so sure if it was even in less than 3 hours, since the road was looong and painful.

if you look closely.... there's the leveling tree above my head. :3
It's funny when you play this game, that you know who is the evil one and who is the good one, not only due the books or the movies, but just by logic... for example, after you unveil some plan attacks from some random orcs in the same place as the well know rock that represents the alliance of Gondor and Rohan (Not so sure, just saying stuff to see if I can remember something) you go directly to the orc chief and confront him...

this guy... who is at leats two times your size and have the WHITE HAND OF SARUMAN
in his armor...
This fight is kinda nasty, this guy is not joking and he hits you as if he wants you dead, but with a bit of yelling and songs, this guy surrenders and ask you to forgive his life. You decide to take him to Stangard, with a rope, to a council in which his fate is going to be decided.

And then someone like this guy says something like that...
Honestly, not only the lieutenant of the town, but you (Not character but player) knows the true and that this guy is lying, is evil and wants you dead. Specially after he ask you, in a rude way, to just "stay away from Stangard matters"... Dude... Why?

Honestly? Seriously? Really? No one? I'm the only one who sees the truth in here? meh... one day the games will have free action and everything will be important, such as saying that this guy is a liar and Saruman's forces killed the prince just in a council such as this or maybe just walk over the tables, kicking the plates and the food...

Anyway, Varsalla reached lvl 75 and now some unfortunate heroes are going to die due my horrible healing duties, life is like that and we can't avoid it.

So far, I'm out, I want to reach home before its too late, have a great time my friends and see you in game! good hunting as well!

My Burglar

So yes, I went home just to find that my lotro Client was acting "Funny" and I had to Repair and reinstall some of the last updates and stuff... it´s not the first time that this happens to me and somehow it´s quite annoying if you ask me. I guess that must be some sort of troubles with the online games lately, happens the same with DDO and WoW... The good thing is that a friend of mine is coming home to play some D&D that I have been "cooking" for a long time, a epic story from lvl 1 to lvl 23, so far, only one player have a character lvl 7, (Dungrath in fact, I have few screen of him in this blog) and other two have their players at lvl 2 only, and now Maghi who is going to start today and hopfully her character will reach at least at lvl 4... My plan is simple, each player will play alone until lvl 9 - 10 and then they will met the others characters one by one...

ANYWAY, I´m not here to talk about D&D, or at least not for now... but I want to say that I´m looking forward to learn some of the Ravenloft Setting, which seems to be more than awesome, mixing D&D with Castlevania... awesome...

MY BURGLAR, who is the main centre of attention in this post and who you are going to meet right now.

Working in some prospecting, creating bars to get some weapons and jewels..
When I imagine my burglar, I see her as a deadly assassin but not because she is Chaotic-Evil or maybe Chaotic-Neutral... in D&D-wise speaking, but just because she is a mercenary, she works for money and some actions and anyone in her road who oppose her shall taste defeat or even death... but if you dont bother,. you could be her friend as well.

A dedicated mercenary that enjoy the hard work and stabbing duties. That´s it!

For her cosmetics, and since I dont have many other slots, I decided to get her only the Dunland medium leather but in two different colours, the shadowy one and the... not so shadowy one. I mean:

Here we have Noela, showing a lovely Dunland set in grey colours,  a fine masked hood
and some resistant and shiny arm protectors.

And in here, the same stuff, but in black...
Burglars are fast, obsessed with criticals, haste and trick... so I have to look like someone that you would not forget at least for few months after a duel against me. I prefer more the black set but I must admit that the grey one gave her a more diplomatic look against the enemies and quest givers.

Well, there she is, my Burglar, nothing out of the ordinary, it was supposed to be from Rohan but I totally forgot and I made her from Bree but it doesnt matter at all. I´m still thinking in a nice surname but I have no idea which one could be. ):

I kinda love this guy... Nob...

Well, I´m out, still waiting for the game to get updated ): there´s a great chance that today I wont be playing lotro after all, maybe tomorrow after 3pm or so. have a great week my friends and enjoy these holidays! Good hunting!

Runekeeper Vs Burglar...

Sometimes, in life, you need to take hard decisions. Decisions that without any doubt will mark you life and your actions leading you to new paths to confront new fears, tasks and quests. Each of this tasks or quests will prepare you as a warrior, a scholar or even just a more experienced person that will allow you be more wise, dedicated.

In the other hand, sometimes we waste that time thinking silly thinks such as the one that has been following me since two days ago... Runekeeper or Burglar...

Yes! I decided to confront both of the classes that has been lately sounding inside my head every time I play Lotro. Its not a "OMG SO IMPORTANT" decision, but certainly its somehow important... In the next few months I will leveling one of them and learning how to use all their abilities and spells. So, let me go to the point...

The Runkeeper:

I used to have one Runekeeper, long time ago, a male (Yes, quite weird in my repertory of characters) elf (Now, its not that weird, right?) and even if some of the spells and animations were awesome... I got bored at lvl 15 and decided to erase it and allow new characters to take control over that unused character spot. Possibly was the Warden, or maybe the Cappy... can't remember.

Anphordeth, Noob master of the Runes.
Anphordeth (Sounds something like: And-for-death, not intentionally, I swear it...) born like 3 months ago, exactly few days before I decided to take a lotro-break and joined forces with WoW again. Since I had the wardrobe option I could make her look a bit more epic that those silly horribly tailored robes and I was really enjoying the leveling. Fasts attacks, low armor, lots of slow healings, no AoE... things were a bit of a nightmare but aside that... They were just bad dreams and funny. I spent a lot of time reading guides and reading the general chat (Which is, in fact, a miracle if you want to find something useful there) and found out that Runekeepers were something "of the past" and their heals were "Not that horrible lame, but lame" at the end, so I had this vision *Barney Stinson voice*, of me healing with this girl in some instances and try to save the reputation of the Runekeepers in Eriador...

"I'm going to kill you... then I'm going to rezz you and kill you again" Action pose.
What I liked most of this character, in that in healing you were like a small light-post of visual effects. Green lights running all around and lots of weird runes above you head while you are assisted by a small, not so sure how, healing rock.

Damage over time?
Pffft please...
Healing over time sound just great.
And that's why I love this character, not so sure if eventually I will get some more serious, direct healing runes but so far I have lots of Healing over time which allows me to see numbers and numbers floating around the characters and myself. Aside that I can cast some spells to distract and confuse my enemies... Anphordeth was a great option to level up, indeed, until...

The Burglar:

Do you remember Noela? My old, good faithful Cappy that was decided to vanquish all evil from this land and command those oath-breakers in battle? Well, she found out that she was never gonna be more than a simple soldier lvl 15 and decided to take a new class: the burglar.

I just found out that I manage to upload in my dropbox account only 1 pic of her (In the noob zone) and lots of Varsalla reaching lvl 75 in the River-stuff-place, so well, its my bad... But anyway, I will post something (like screens) about her lately at night, with the new outfit and stuff, which is similar to Khas and Varsalla but in Black and the other in Grey.

Why Burglars? Well, stealthy mode have been always a funny stuff to level up, evasion and some dirty trick were also not a bad idea and most important of all: I didnt wanted my cappy and Loremaster and Guardian were not a option after all. So, why not Burglars? they are fast, lots of critics, tricks and most of all: have you seen the animation of the surprise attack from behind while in stealth? that's one hell of a backstab without any doubt.

Noela, the former Cappy of Dale is now the Burglar of Bree-lands.
dressed as a rider of rohan... Serious problems inside the head of this one...
She is leveling the same vocation as when she was a Cappy: Armorer... mostly for the Burglars tools but honestly because I already have the rest of the vocation in the game with someone and I need it this one.

One good thing about this character is that she is going to be a loner all the time, perhaps I'll sneak inside some Kins but honestly, pretty sure that I wont last too long in them; in fact, yesterday I joined one called something like "Bloody bloodreed" or something, I will check that later on my screens, which is a new Latin guild in Silverlode. I didnt like it a bit, the high levels were too much of a "If you are not of my level, I wont speak with you" and only few guys were friendly, Ixbar and Aztohr, (Who, funny fact is, that Aztohr have his main in Hispania, the Kin where all my characters are at)

Anyway, I'm going to see if I can work with the Burglar or the Runekeeper in something for the blog, or just level bit by bit.

Well, I'm out for a bit, good luck my friends and see you later! I wish you the best luck ever for this day and happy holidays for those who celebrate the Holy week :3

Fancy Cosmetics...

One thing that I like, a lot, from Lotro are, without any question the Cosmetic option. it's not just that allows you to look awesome and epic all the time, with several different clothes for almost all the different things that you have to do, such as healing looking gear, dps looking gear, tanking looking gear or maybe just silly looking outfit... But the very best is that allows you not to look as a clown while you are running around Eriador saving the Middle Earth.

When I used to play WoW or DDO, you had to confront the fact that you may look like a clown, with purple shows, white legs armor and sky blue chest armor and a pointy helmet. This option actually helps you to look even better than many epic and totally capped characters that care less about their gear and look.

And obviously, since I decided to get some time to Lotro again, I have been working a lot in my Outfit gear. I'm not happy looking just awesome, I need to be epic, maybe legendary... maybe epic, legendary and awesome. So far, I mostly failed in my goal but I do really like how my character looks like in the game, some influences are from Castlevania: Lords of Shadows, Grabriel's armor, while other... mostly the same too, but with different colors. I think that Only Varsalla have a elegant outfit for healing and one fitted for war and yelling duties.

Let's start with Khas first :3

Khas, as a hunter, needs a lot of cover and stealthy gear, since I dont like the green (At least too much) and I really like the dark, red blood-like called Crimson, I decided to use both Cosmetics with that dye and few similar objects. They are basically based on Castlevania (As I said) and the Horse from the faction at Angmar.

My primary Outfit gear, for direct war, less stealthy and more pew, pew, pew
pew, pew, pew!
And as I said: Goes perfectly with my horse. (Which still have the normal name: "Unbroken Will"
I want to change it but I have no idea for now)

Stealthy mode, perfect for Crowd control duties and way more easier to run with.

The next example it's my new Rune-keeper, which I'm having a lot of fun with, (Maybe you dont know or dont remember but I used to have one, a male elf... which.. I deleted without remorse) Since this character is going to be for healing mostly, if I level her up, I decided to work the gear in that way. So far, the healing duties are not as I wanted so I have to level up a bit as dps, which allows me to use this...

Almost heavy armor looking, just to feel a bit more confident about my almost non existing
armor (Light) and a winged Tiara to go at hand
with my metal shoulders. Gloves and boots belongs to the Ex-pack set and combine a lot with my belt pouch stuff.

As for healing, it[s green.... only due the effect of healing that are green, and masked. Mostly, this is like Khas war gear...
But in green makes me feel like if I were a field medic with a masked hood.
Playing with my Rune-keeper with this look its quite awesome, at least in the visual duties. looking stronger than normally is helps a bit when you die a lot of times due your almost non morale bar and zero armor... So far, with this toon, I'm looking forward to get the undying title, I haven't died or at least... I dont remember... lvl 20 will tell.

The last of the one that I decided to show is Varsalla, which have similar pieces but more with the ranger set from the almost last book epic line (yup, the chatty quest line).

Healer mode, if I eventually decide to do that stuff, with gloves and boots from the Ex-pack set,
Chest is a heavy armor, black dye (duh!) and the shoulder belongs to the Ranger set (Chatty stuff)
I do like that Outfit, looks extremely elegant and makes me feel like I should be healing someday with her, probably I will try but so far: I need to take her to lvl 75 first.

The battle gear... mostly Ranger set... in fact, I do believe that its only Ranger set...
Why I decided to use that one, well, simply, to remind myself that I'm not a heavy armor user and I can go around, running like a crazy elf using all my AoE attacks to pull the mobs... and yes, i have died a LOT with Varsalla lately, so... I need more visual help in here to remind me how bad I have my gear and my low morale hit bar as well.

WoW got something like this option, but you can carry only one type of outfit on you and it cost you some gold to transform the item that you have in what you actually want. Good thing is that you can apply it to shields and weapons, no matter what as long as they have the same family type, like two handed swords with only two handed swords, or maybe axes with axes, staffs with staffs... sounds obviously but still... they charge you for using the Transmogrification option... What a word, right? transmogrification... Amazingly I can remember that one but I dont know how to write Neighboord, Neighbhood, or Neighborhood... meh.. any way...

Hope you enjoyed my unusal post about cosmetics, it's boring, I know, but somehow it's quite interesting if you are not familiar with this feature of the game. Well, I gotta go!

Have a great night my friends, and I wish you a great beginning of a awesome weekend!

The slowly return

Yup, sort of... It has been a sloooowly return to Lotro due several things, such as TV Series, Movies, lot of work and several journeys of relax and vacation. But without any doubt, it's a return to Lotro. In fact, two days ago I decided to buy some Tp's and farm another annoying quantity (Since the virtues are capped at 14 now, I had several deeds that I need so close to finish them) to get the new zone, the Great river stuff.

Funny stuff: I haven't been there yet... Anyway...

As you all know, Khas was my first toon, then I got Varsalla as a main but eventually Khas was again as main so I left the small, yelling elf behind. Minstrels are great, and with this ex-pack are even better and perhaps I die a lot due my low morale and my awesome looking, but totally ineffective, light armor  profiency, not taking aside the noob rising spirit on me, of course. Since I got the hunter again, everything seems to be a bit faster and nastier, arrow after arrow, if the enemy arrives so close is almost as good as dead, traps, fire arrow, light arrows, melee stuns, range stuns... Too many things just to ignore them.

Me, wasting time in some old instance, trying to go solo...
Actually I got it until the last boss, but he killed me quite fast.

But all of a sudden, I felt the urge of playing again with the yelling, small elf again. Not so sure if it was the awesome Theorbo or the fact that there's few good little things aside annoying everyone in Bree with the Pibgorn (Which I rather like to call: Pigborn) So I logged off from the deadly hunter to travel the world once again with the music and the style of a awesome minstrel... Yelling and cursing around my enemies. But the quests that I decided to end were not exactly what I expected..

After this point, I was bored from talking to one ranger to another...

Still, this one, in the middle of the road, was kinda funny...
Does this guy knows that the orcs, crebains and hideous dog-like creatures roams
the place?
Anyway, after those quests, I started the quests that ended with Theodred's death near isengard. Those quests were kinda great, inspiring soldiers, teaching them how to fight in arts that you actually have no idea (No wonder why some many of them died... A minstrel was his mentor in the battle duties...) But anyway, it was great. I got a new cosmetic set in the previuos book and now I was using it "Like a sir."

Yeah, yeah, less chat more fight! where are those brave soldiers who wants my
advice in combat?!
After teaching them how to use their bow and sword with my theorbo, the war began and it was more than nasty... In fact, was horrible, the horror and chaos was spread among each other in the battlefield even if at the beginning we thought that we were winning the fight. Sadly, I could not take screen from that part and the ones in were the prince got owned... er.. I mean, died, and the funeral and stuff, I forgot at home... So.. This was the first before the hell opened in front of our eyes.

"This... doesnt look very well at all... I think that we are
dead, soldier..."
After those fights, in which I proudly say that I died only once... Taking in mind that I only have 3k of Morale and light armor... and a Theorbo as a weapon... Everything got worst. the Prince got wounded, deadly wounded and obviusly, he died... With honor and full of noob actions, but honor and proud of being a Soldier of Rohan...

The quest chain after that, well, it was creepy... its all about a dream that you have, a nightmare due all that massacre and stuff that everyone suffered in the small river and Isengard, but one of the first things that I saw was this guy...

Oh... hai... shall I play a song for you?
He was the Orc that was bossing around in Isengard when you were in jail, the same orc that wounded the Prince and died later somewhere away from you. He's back and got a better size and more morale... And its a bit angry with with after all that you have done in Isengard.

But killing him was no heroic at all, I mean, it was kinda nasty but at the end it was simple, like many other battles... And yes, there's a bit of sarcasm in there. Still, the dream was long and several things happened that I'm not, in any way, tell in this post, I already spoiled few things so I'll be kinda quiet about spoils and stuff.

DERN! I say no more spoiling! er.. Forget this screen...

ok, there's nothing to see in here, proceed to the next screen please!

Of course, all these quests are necessary to understand the new zone, The Great River, yet... I think that it was quite... disturbing... I'm going to explain it in only three screens (Since you reach the Great River in Dream mode... or whatever...)

 Screen 1:
The Fellowship... which is quite funny as you see the map and it's huge
and you have the lucky to find them EVERYWHERE... I know, I know, they are the dudes in here...
But... The legend its ours ):
 Screen 2:
Well... Not so sure if this is getting like WoW with their huge fancy weapons...
Or I'm just dont getting the message of the dream...
And Screen 3:

Now, on color, Galadriel floating, this girl who seems to be blind (Due some cloth on her eyes) and suddenly.. she dies...
A bad dream?... A bad trip?... A Bad understanding of a awesome dream? Not so sure... but It was quite weird, which is some way is actually great since incite you to find out what the bloody hell is going on and what's going to happen and also, but also strange... really strange...

At least you meet:

Le Gandalf, le white wizard...
Sadly, all those quest didnt help me to lvl up Varsalla, not even a bit, if I got two or three bars was like "PFFFFFFFT AWESOME"... I'm lvl 73, let's say that quite near to lvl 74... at 80% or so, well, I was at 78% maybe 77% at the beginning.

Good thing that I got the new zone so I can lvl her up quite fast there, and hopefully, I wont die trying :3

Well, I'm out for a bit, gotta do some work and stuff, hopefully see you today in game and sooner again in the blog, have a great hunting friends of mine!

Aah its been a while... again...

I'm kinda back, I had three months full of unusual things that I usually dont like to do but it went well, for example, i love to stay at home, having a normal weekend, maybe watching a movie, eating what we call here "tequeños" and drinking Cold tea... instead, I have been traveling a lot to the place called "Colonia Tovar" with some friends, playing D&D, watching movies and... well, mostly the same things but with company and in another place that's not home...

Also, I went back for few days to WoW... And it's not my fault and it's true! Let me explain... Lotro client has been a bit of a Pain lately in my Pc, few months back I had to reinstall the game in order to have 1 day of playing Lotro and then another critical error, a wild critical error, decided to strike and I had to download AGAIN the ENTIRE game and re-install... It was a good time to take a bit vacation of been fooling around in the middle earth. December was nice, Video-gameless and full of small outdoor adventures but eventually, I decided to return.

When I wanted to play lotro again, I remembered all that I had to do and suddenly I got a invitation for WoW, and decided to try WoW again for 2 weeks, this time with the Horde and of course, a Death Knight... WoW was great, the Raid finder option its nice, everything got funny but eventually it was somehow the same...

This is my new DK.. Esteno...
Yes, I was playing while I was at work, its not awesome, its just that I had plenty of free time... right now, I wish I had at least the half of what I had in that moment D: Anyway... Dk's are fun, they start at lvl 55, as soon as you get out of the new zone you can go and own Outlands, so basically, it was easy to lvl up this lady... I really wanted a Warlock but... 85 lvls to go... meh... I dont know...

Playing WoW gave me a dose of old memories, friends, raids, instances, drop... and also gave me General, Trade and LFF channels, hate comments, Rage for items, Bugs, High lvl Characters of the Opposite faction killing you while they had 10 or 20 levels more than you... and worst of all: Legal PVP...

Bugs... like, for example, swimming and flying at the same time in Orgrimmar...
One thing that I miss from the game its the PvP which its awesome and if you have a fast computer and a decent/fast connection, it could be somehow addictive and legendary. I went to the new Raid, with Raid Finder, killed Deathwing, claim so loot and... pretty much of PvP, since its the best thing that you can do once you have done, at least to know it, the raids of the season..

And to get, by far, funnier or better looking armor sets...

I kinda miss the PvP right now...
But the time came to a end and now that I have another lvl 85 in my list, I feel like I could play more but I dont want it as well, its a internal fight from both sides that sometimes makes you wonder: "What if... I change the game for a bit"...

And even with the new, so long waited, Lotro update, "Shores of the Great River", I decided to take a sneak to DC Universe Online... hopefully I will be testing it today, IF the game downloaded correctly... hopefully... hopefully...

But anyway, I'm not gonna count with it right now, since it maybe dont happen at all.. I decided to sahre something with you all, and since most of you (I'm judging you all by my actions) rarely read the changes on the updates in ANY game, since they are like the Terms and.. I forgot the other word, the only that comes to my mind is "Agreed"... Conditions, maybe? yeah.. maybe.. anyway... look what I found today in the Lotro Update notes that may change the destiny and ambitions of all:

  • Landscape soldier tokens can be bartered for marks and medallions at the skirmish upgrade vendor.
  • Cosmetic versions of the Helegrod armor set can now be found on the Cosmetics skirmish barter vendor.
  • The Moria and Bree NPCs that exchanged reputation items for potions now accept the trading of those items.
  • You can now exchange Moria Guards and Miners reputation items by visiting the reputation vendors in Moria.
  • Some barter vendors in Lothlórien, Mirkwood and Enedwaith will now allow you to exchange their region's respective Gold Tokens for Silver Tokens (along with the other way around).
  • The value of five ducks is now one pig, however pigs will continue to be worth their weight in gold because you can make bacon out of them!
  • The Dunlending Quartermaster now has a Travel to Galtrev skill, available to all players with Kindred standing.
  • Barter costs of the Level 45 Class Items and some Consumables have been adjusted.
  • Worn Symbols of Celebrimbor are now available via Skirmish barter vendors.
  • The Reputation rewards from Enedwaith have had their Minimum Level requirements lowered, based on the required Tier of Reputation. Kindred items remain at Minimum Level 65.
  • Players may now exchange 50 Marks for 1 Medallion at the Currency Exchange NPCs found in the various Skirmish Camps across Eriador. There are also options to exchange for 10 and 50 Medallions.

Ducks got Nerfed... I KNEW IT! Pigs were always better...

Now we are going to hear all those ducks talking about how Turbine hates them and blah, blah, blah... Dern... it's gonna be a long month my friends...

Well, I'm out to my home my friends, good luck and have a great hunting!
