Regions: Lone-Lands.

Well, yesterday I talked about North-downs, north of Bree-lands, so, it would be great if I talk wotday about Lone-Lands, this time, east of Bree-lands. Lone-lands are well know in the game since its now a free zone for those who are testing the game. Usually, you had to spent like 350 Turbine for it but now, you can go as you please into their borders and fight against the forces of evil.

The very first place that you reach in the game is the "Forsaken Inn". Possibly a hard name to forget since, many F2P characters that were in WoW before have the comon stuff to associate this place with the Forsaken of Undercity... But no. This place is as full with life as many others. Forsaken Inn is just a Inn, as its name announce, that is barely standing in the middle between Trollshaws and Bree (The town) which serves as a waypoint and resting place for the travellers... as if we were many *sarcarsm*.

The Forsaken Inn... looks pretty...
but it's a mess of a place.
In this place, aside the food and the awful drinks that humans usually have, you can find a great variety of quests, most of them can be repeated as well for new recipes in Journey or Expert, I think. Single use recipe, of course. and obviously, they also gives you some items to have more chance of making criticals scores while crafting.

But... what is exactly "Lone-Lands"? Well, is a hostile territory, quite warm... if not hot, a barren in fact, filled with Crabans, Orcs, Wargs, Goblins, Half-Orcs, Spiders... at the very beginning... while near Trollshaws you could find Trolls and Undeads as well... well, also Boars... and hillsmen... and spectres...

Time ago there were a kingdom called "Rhudaur" and Lone-lands were part of it. Eventually the evil deeds of evil men and evil things corrupted this kingdom and things were gone to far wild. A good thing about this is, even with the fall of Rhudaur, this was not a HUGE threat; Rhudaur was, near the three old kingdoms, the less populated, I guess that no one wanted to live in such place like this.

About their resources: Rich Iron mostly is what I can recall, maybe a bit of another one, the barrow one, can't remember its name now. Ash at the beginning and Yew wood at the end, near Ost Guruth and Medium hides nd sturdy hides in the same proportion as well. But honestly: I wont go to the lone-lands to farm stuff, I preffer to go to Northdowns for Yew and Sturdy, and for ore I'll stay on Bree-north and North-downs as well.

The second town in the zone is Ost Guruth, yet Ost Guruth is not a simply town, it's the main town of the zone. Several quests, crafting facilities, Waypoints, Skirmish camp's and Rep to grind as well. Since all lone-lands is coevered with several ruins, Ost Guruth (Like many towns in Eriador) looks also like a ruin, but a good looking one.

Ost Guruth. but this one looks like a old version of Ost Guruth.

So, This is a great place to level up, you have chance to get your toon from lvl 22 to 30, maybe 32 if you go further. There's also a instance in here, which I barely done before.  But I'll do another posts with each different instance in the game as long as I will go in them :) remember, I'm a coward healer :D

Ost Cyrn, a ruin plagued with Orcs :)

Minas Eriol, where Goblins have their lair.

The Weather top, you may know it for the paint
that you get free at lvl 15 :)

The top, of the Weather top, this is
where I always meet my frist Troll in Lone-lands (Due a quest)
