Talking about classes... Wardens.

You has just step into the dungeon and all your surroundings are filled with nasty webs and essence of undeads. You and your company can feel the chill of death running through the spine while you hear the laments of thousand of people crying in the darkness, almost fading away with the silence. You decide to go further with your group even knowing that it could be a mortally trap, but you have a single thing on mind: Get to the end of the poisoned well issue that has been causing many deaths in the town.

At some point, you and your company run into a ambush and several undeads are around you, blocking your exit and leaving you with no other choice than fight. The fight has been hard, Undeads are not easy enemies to play with and eventually a great part of your company is down, injured and you are the only hope left.

You attacks can inspire you and make your enemies tremble in fear while your shield is like a huge wall that allows you to block all the swings and arrows that the enemies has against you. You are alone, and thats the reason why you have to be your own Dps, healer and Tank. And ppl says that they can do Range Dps as well, yet, I dont know anything about this.

That´s the warden. a Tank and Dps that can be healed using their own attacks. In small quantities but sometimes enough to make things go smoother. Real smoother.

I have one Warden, and it´s no surprise if I say that my Warden was my first Toon with the undying title on it. Those guys are like awesome damage dealing and resisting machines that can handle almost everything in their way. As long as they are not crazy and pull everything. It´s a multitasking character, but only for himself, and if you think that the healing can be great, No, they are desinged only to help you out. Helps a lot having them, but they are not 100% perfect.

The Warden have some sort of different game-play style, based only in three attacks that consist in "Fist" (Yellow), "Spear" (Red) and "Shield" (Green) attacks which, by themselves are mostly nothing, but in combination, and only certain combinations, can create some awesome attacks or defensive spells. I can´t remember how well it is the system at the beginning but I think that you starts with only two possbile slots for combinations and eventually, at higher lvls you get more, like 5 I think.

The warden taletns trees are divied into 3, (like every class Doh!) which are: Way of the Spear, Way of the Shield and way of the Fist.

Way of the Fist:

It´s some sort of Damage over time and taunting specc, maybe just for handle certain situation. I had the feeling that this class was review few months ago... I barely rememmver this new specc of trees, and I have in mind something like javelin and stuff.... Well, anyway, this seesm to be able to do certain damage, yet not direct damage. I´m not going to be able to explain how this work greatly, sorry about that.
This is the best way to insult your enemies.
 Way fot he shield:
Well, easy to explain: You wanna be a tank? then go in this way for it. Almost all the attacks can heal you and grant you defensive buffs to avoid your enemy success over your forces. The threat is kinda hard to get, for what I heard about, but once you have it, it´s hard to loose it; also, seems that they can handle more AoE aggro than Guardians.
"Just 10 of them?, Do me a favor and pull those 3 guys over there too!"

Way fot he Spear:
Poke and poke, mostly, a good Dps and ready to be the pain for every enemy. I´m usually Way of the Spear, of course, I´m lvling the character yet so I this could be the best way to overcome the quest danger. But this specc with some of the other speccs are mostly great and powerful characters since the dps is good, have healing and a nice defense extra.

Ppl likes this specc coz they feel like Spartans.

Just to be honest: This is a good class yet I dont like it too much. The reason why? is a Tank with medium armor, can heal and do a nasty dps: Offers you a great challenge in the game which is GREAT... but the system of gambit, even if is good and new, could be a pain to master with time. You have a the end LOTS of combinations, and this gambit, in the middle of a "Holy crap" situation is a double edge weapon that I would not like to hold.

My opinion: Try it, it is a new style, which makes it a new experience, and things like this should not be feared or avoided. But have in mind that if you are kinda absent mind (Like me) it could be a pain and you will probably need a paper with the combinations near the screen.

Well, I´m going back to bussiness, good luck and see you later friends! Good hunting!
